Indication
Treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic non small lung cancer after failure of both platinum based and docetaxel chemotherapies.
Contra Indication
Hypersensitivity, Pregnancy, lactation and paediatrics.
Caution
Severe renal or hepatic impairment, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, acute onset or worsening of pulmonary or eye symptoms. Monitor hepatic function periodically.
Side Effect
Diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, anorexia, stomatitis, dehydration, skin reactions, paronychia, asymptomatic elevations of liver enzymes, asthenia, conjunctivitis, blepharitis. interstitial lung disease, corneal erosion, aberrant eyelash and hair growth.
