Bacterial infections, Myeloablative therapy followed by bone marrow transplantation, Respiratory tract infections, Urinary tract infection
Respiratory tract infections. Uncomplicated gonorrhoea. Otitis media. Meningitis, Prophylaxis of surgical infections. Susceptible infections.
|Composit contra indication of PULMOCEF CV 500 :|
Patients sensitive to cephalosporin and penicillins.
|Composit side effects of PULMOCEF CV 500 :|
Hypersensitivity reactions, Eosinophilia, Severe diarrhea, Hepatic cholestasis, Pseudomembranous colitis, Anaphylaxis, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Maculopapular rash, Urticaria, Increase in serum transaminase.
Pruritus, rash, hives, angioedema, drug fever, anaphylactic shock, Stevens Johnson syndrome, Toxic epidermal necrolysis, increase in eosinophils, decrease in blood platelets, and decrease in white blood cells, Headache, dizziness, Gastrointestinal disturbances including diarrhoea, nausea, abdominal pain, vomiting, Abnormal liver function test, jaundice.

Caution in patients with other illnesses or any allergy especially to penicillin or other antibiotics. pregnancy and lactation.
Severe renal impairment, pregnancy, lactation, hypersensitivity to penicillins.
