Indication

Anxiety, Asthenia, Depression, gastro-intestinal disorders associated with anxiety and agitation.

Contra Indication

Hypersensitivity, comatose patient, bone marrow depression, ischemic heart disease. Preexisting CV insufficiency, severe liver disease, children, overactive patients.

Caution

Parkinsonism, renal, hepatic or CV disease, pregnancy, lactation, elderly, debilitated, respiratory disorders, diabetes, phaeochromocytoma, epilepsy, glaucoma, urinary retention, prostatic hypertrophy.

Side Effect

Restlessness, insomnia, anticholinergic effects, tachycardia, orthostatic hypotension, drowsiness, GI upset, testicular enlargement, impotence. Withdrawal symptoms.
