Ind-Swift Limited is a north India based pharmaceutical company was incorporated as a public limited company on June 6, 1986. It is the chief company of India based Ind Swift Group.Ind-swift has been ranked 35th among top Indian Pharmaceutical companies.The company has been cooperated by Shri Anil Kumar Jain, Shri Sanjiv Rai Mehta, Dr. Gopal Munjal & Associates.

Ind swift Ltd was founded in 1983 .In 1986 Company was incorporated and Introduced for the first time in India sustained release tablet of Isoxsuprine HCL. In 1991 manufacturing plant was set up for injectables and eye/ear drops.Ind-Swift went public in 1994. In 1997 Ind Swift launched another marketing division with the name Ind-Swift Health Care. In 2000 Launched Super Specialty Division (SSD) focused on Cardiology and Diabetology segments.In 2001 Launched another division - Institution/Hospital Division. 2nd Company to launch Pioglitazone and Candesartan in India. In 2002 set up eleven representative offices worldwide and Exports to almost 40 countries in the world.In 2003 another division was Launched by the name Ind-Swift Biosciences. In 2004 - Mukur Division and Resurgence division was launched.

In 2006 -2007 Ind-Swift was ranked 41st among top 50 leading pharmaceutical companies of India. Also launched its product in Kenya and Senegal. In 2007-2008 - 35th rank among top pharma Companies. New Division-Diagnozis and Animal Health care division was launched.In Generics, company emerged as the 2nd generic pharma company In 2009-2010 First time Nitazoxanide was Developed as an anti-diarrheal drug. In 2010-2011- Reconstruction of three divisions i.e. GENERIC, MEGASWIFT, GYNOSWIFT and launched three new divisions ONCRIT, Q-DEN and CARDIA SWIFT.Also Completed 25years of commitment to health. In 2011-2012 Ind-Swift in collaboration with Wockhardt UK launches Atorvastatin tablets in UK.
